Gift Card Policy
Digital gift cards are available for values between £10 and £1000. The following applies to all gift cards purchased on this site:โ

Gift cards are valid for 24 months after purchase

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for money

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase a rental item

Gift cards can be redeemed for orders going to Great Britain, Canada, Australia and the US

Should an item purchased with a gift card be returned, a refund will be issued on a gift card

Funds cannot be recovered should Bad Times Designs cease trading

The Recipient
Gift cards can be sent via email to the buyer or a to 3rd party recipient. Please ensure to enter the correct recipient email address while purchasing a gift card. We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect entry of email address, nor will we issue a refund or replacement for such errors.

Gift Message
โBuyers can write an optional message to accompany the gift card. This message cannot contain offensive or illegal content.

Redemption
Gift cards can be redeemed in part or in full up to 24 months after purchase. If the gift card does not cover the entire cost of the purchase, an additional form of payment must be applied. Any remaining funds will be lost if not redeemed 24 months after purchase.
