Return Shipping for Adjustments

*This shipping is only to be purchased if instructed by us*

The purpose of this listing is to cover the shipping for an adjusted item back to you.  Shipping costs will be applied at the checkout. This needs to be purchased before your item can be returned to you. Once your item has been adjusted and re-shipped, you will receive a fulfilment email with the new tracking number. Please note it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for sending your item to us for adjustment.

*This process can only be triggered once you have contacted us to inform us of an adjustment. Pieces returned to us without warning will not be adjusted and sent back*

1. You return your made-to-order piece to our HQ with a note containing your name, address and new desired length
2. You purchase the last leg of shipping via this listing
3. We receive your order and adjust your item
4. We return your piece via your preferred shipping method and send tracking information with the shipping confirmation
